Founded in 2006, after a 25 year career in antiques and design, Karen Olson's Blueberry Hill Galleries in Millbrook (Dutchess County), NY provides comprehensive services for conducting on-line estate auctions and on-premise estate sales or a combination of both!
When conducting an Estate Sale, Karen and her staff have the ability to empty the contents of an average estate within five working days. Our process is methodical and it works. We begin by accessing the contents of the home and whether we feel any items should go to auction or be put up for private sale. We then organize the remaining household goods and prepare them for sale, we donate some items not appropriate for sale and we discard items that can no longer be used. Our services and skills are customized for each client's individual situation or professional need. The cost of these services vary and are either fee-based, commission based or a combination of both which is determined after the initial consultation session.
